How to configure Microsoft Outlook to get your E-mail:


1. We will assume that you have no e-mail accounts defined in your Outlook program.
Open Outlook, click on the Tools menu, then "E-mail Accounts... "
 

2.Choose "Add a new e-mail account" and click next.
3. VRZone's mail servers are POP3 servers, so choose POP3, and click next.

4. Make sure that your e-mail address is typed in correctly (i.e emailename@vrzone.net)
5. Enter the incoming server name pop.vrzone.net
6. Your User Name is the first part of your e-mail address. I.E. If your e-mail address were emailname@vrzone.net.com, then your Login would be emailname (This is always lowercase letters).
7. The Outgoing mail server is the same as the incoming, smtp.maildivision.net
8. Click Next When you have verified all of the settings.
9. Make sure that the "Remember password" option is checked, and click Next.

10. Click Finish, and you are done!


11. Outlook is now configured to check your VRZone e-mail!
Click on the "Send/Receive" button to check the mailbox.
